The hotel couldn't be closer to the sea, you just cross the street and you're at the promenade. The stay was amazing, starting from the super clean, air-conditioned, nicely smelling room to the delicious breakfasts served at the rooftop terrace... The staff was so welcoming, helpful and polite, we really felt welcome. Thank you! I hope to be staying there again in the future.
Breakfast is caos I found a table had to wait 20 mins while people queue for one person to prepare fruit, breads. Coffee etc you cannot help your self to anything it’s ridiculous to have 3 people running around tidying tables when no one was there to serve this hotel is still living in Covid times. Very bad system needs to change to keep customers happy

We went in there with my 4 year old children who needed to go to the bathroom. As we weren't staying there I proposed to buy a drink or something to cover for the use for the toilet and the person at the reception outright refused to even let us use the toilet. First time this ever happened to me, no matter the place.

Extremely noise room, so poorly insulated from the road noise I may as well have been sleeping in the street. When I pointed this out they said "this is Viareggio". The hotel printed a simple receipt before asking me at reception whether I wanted an invoice, despite having told them on the phone that I was there for business. Apparently there was a note on the website about that but it is common practice to just check. What was surprising is that they simply refused to print an invoice.
Another amazing stay at hotel san francisco! All the staff are amazing from Davide the owner on reception to the waiting staff at breakfast to the housekeepers! The rooms are beautiful with stunning views just metres away from the sea. Breakfast is fab and I fully recommend the cream croissants! This is our third stay at the hotel and we look forward to coming back again soon!
Good hotel directly on the beachside. Nice, new renovated rooms with high standard air conditioner. Breakfast a little bit small not that much fresh stuff, maybe needs a bit cucumber or tomatoes and eggs / bacon. But nice staff and really good located!
